Starting his journey in Upstate New York, Massimo attended The College of Saint Rose where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Later relocating to the Charlotte area and being introduced to the mortgage industry, it didn’t take long before he realized this was the ideal career choice.

Sparking from a hobby of real estate investing as well as studying the world of finance and accounting, being a Mortgage Loan Advisor was the perfect way to help educate others on these topics.

Starting off his career journey as a Loan Officer Assistant, he was able to develop extensive experience on the processing side of a mortgage transaction and knows what goes on behind the scenes. He later went on to acquire his Mortgage Origination License in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Learning and experiencing both sides of the field has allowed him to ensure that things move along quickly and smoothly from start to finish. This experience, blended with Fairway’s processing, has also allowed Massimo to produce some of the fastest closing times in the industry.

Coming from an Italian background and being a father of two children himself, family will always come first. He prides himself in his exceptional service and applies this to each transaction, treating each client as he would his own family.
