George Treminio’s business is mortgages, both refinances and home purchases. However, he is passionate about marketing and business development for real estate and mortgages. He is known for how he teaches others what he knows about bringing in business. He believes in the power of relationships and likes to grow his business through referrals. He is known for being a positive, upbeat leader. He teaches classes in the industry and his education background really comes into play when he does. He gets to educate Realtors, other loan officers and home buyers.
My main goals as a Mortgage Planner are to make friends, provide a service consumers can rely on, and assist in making dreams come true – specifically dreams of home ownership. I genuinely enjoy educating consumers on the best ways to make their mortgage work for them (rather than the other way around), particularly with First Time Home Buyers. Earning your trust as a home buyer is ultimately more important to me than even the numbers, because let’s face it, you aren’t ordering a cheeseburger through a drive-through here. You are buying your home! Not only is this the biggest investment most of us make as consumers will make, but it also will become “hub” of your family. It’s where many of your memories will be made, the center of your community – your “home base”, and it’s important to have someone you trust in your corner to help you make the right decisions. It also must make good financial sense by coinciding with your budget and the unique needs of your family.
