Growing up in North Carolina, Jeff has always understood the value of hard work and determination as demonstrated by his parents daily.  As a sales professional in the textile manufacturing industry, Jeff spent over 30 years traveling the country and working with national retailers helping buyers understand their options and how to maximize their resources.  As a Loan Officer at Fairway Independent Mortgage, Jeff utilizes his extensive sales background to assist first time home buyers, seasoned homeowners who wish to purchase their dream home, or those who have sent their kids off to college and wish to down-size.  Whatever your need is, Jeff can assist you in making your dream a reality. 

Jeff calls Indian Trail home where he lives with his wife, Amy, who also works at Fairway Independent Mortgage.  Jeff and Amy love to spend time with their four daughters (Anna, Mattie, Katie, and Samantha), their grandson Banks, and their two dogs (Cooper and Charlie).  Jeff also serves his community by volunteering as much as possible because he believes in giving back.

As someone who has bought and sold several homes in his lifetime, Jeff knows how stressful the buying process can be.  As a loan officer at Fairway, Jeff’s number one goal is to take the stress out of the loan process and provide buyers with world class customer service only Fairway can offer.
